I recently bought a Yamaha U1 Silent acoustic piano and absolutely love it! The sound is beautiful, and the Silent feature is perfect for practicing anytime. Alex provided excellent service — friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Delivery was smooth, and I love the free gift as well. Alex was extremely helpful when I went to the showroom. He listened to my likes and dislikes and shortlisted a few pianos for me. He was also very patient in explaining the differences in brand, models, size, etc. Finally, I decided to purchase a Kawai BL-71, which I’m really happy with. I also like the flexibility of the rent-to-own option.
